Do you even lift? This little girl does! Meet the Strongest Kid in the World

People sometimes ask me how much I can lift, and the answer is, not much. But now, I can officially say I am weaker than a little girl. Being an athlete is not east, hell, some people are even allergic to exercise, but this girl is on a league of her own. Meet Rory, the strongest little girl in the world.

The Strongest Little Girl in The World.

Little Rory van Ulft shows that appearances really can be deceiving. At just over one meter tall, the Canadian girl is the strongest 7-year-old in the world. She can lift 80 kg in the land lift, using a women’s Olympic barbell; 32 kg in the snatch category; 42 kg in the clean and jerk category, and 61 kg in the squat. Rory started training when she was only 5 years old after being observed in a gym class. She was crowned last week as the US national junior national weightlifting champion in the 30 kg category among under-11 and under-13 athletes. She is the youngest champion in the history of the country in the category.

A Bright Future

Rory wants to be a gymnast and trains 9 hours a week for this, plus 4 hours a week set aside for weightlifting. The girl lives with her family in Canada, but competes in the United States because there is no Canadian youth national championship for Olympic weightlifting. The girl’s father ensures that his daughter is accompanied by experienced coaches, as well as a family doctor and a sports medicine pediatrician. “Her safety is everyone’s priority. She progresses in her training in both sports (gymnastics and weightlifting) in a careful and methodical way,” said the child’s father. We can only wish little Rory all the best in the future. And as a last tip before you go, if you are a fan of sports betting or gambling in general, consider getting a betting account with no limits, I am sure you will not regret it.
